IT Executive (L1 IT Support)
We are looking for an IT Executive to support our ongoing Level 1 IT support requests. You will troubleshoot and fix Windows PC issues, handle basic network problems, and travel to client premises to resolve them on site.
Responsibilities
- Handle Level 1 IT support requests from clients, on site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and repair Windows PCs and laptops, covering OS, software, drivers and hardware faults.
- Set up, install and configure PCs, printers, peripherals and user accounts.
- Perform basic network checks: LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, IP settings, switches and routers.
- Travel to client sites to perform work, and keep clear records of each job and ticket.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Hands-on Windows PC troubleshooting and fixing skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, router and switch basics).
- Own transport is required, as the role involves travelling to client locations. Valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple client visits.

IT Support Intern
Start your IT career with a hands-on internship at our Shah Alam office. You will learn how a managed IT services company runs day to day, working alongside our support team.
What You Will Do
- Assist the IT support team with PC and laptop setup, imaging and testing.
- Learn Windows troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Help prepare equipment and documentation for client projects.
- Support ticket logging, inventory and asset records.
Who Should Apply
- Students pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
- Keen interest in IT support and networking.
- Willing to learn, take initiative and work in the office in Shah Alam.
